What does Acupuncture treat?
Acupuncture is the tool that treats the problem. Oriental Medicine is a complete and rational description of how the body and the mind do what they do, how they transform thought into action (and action into thought), food into usable nutrient… in fact, all the physiological functions delineated by Western medicine.
In my practice, I effectively treat a broad range of soft-tissue (muscular-skeletal) issues; internal issues such as digestive problems and asthma; women’s issues such as dysmenorrhea, PMS and menopause; and chronic problems like headaches, fibromyalgia, migraine, chronic fatigue, and arthritis. To see how well I do, look through some of my patients’ stories.
